Nkwashi is a private town nestled on the edge of the Lusaka plateau and overlooking the nearby Zambezi escarpment. Master planned to be home to over 60,000 people upon completion, Nkwashi is one of the most ambitious mixed use developments in Africa, and a standalone project in Zambia with respect to its scale and scope.
